Jean received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Montana in 2021 after graduating from University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines with her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2014. Prior moving to the US in 2018, she worked as a PT / sports conditioning coach at Poveda College and then started working in home health setting after. She enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions, utilizing a holistic approach to care. Jean strives to provide the best care for her patients, incorporating individualized and functional strengthening to help her patients get back to what they enjoy!

 Outside physical therapy, Jean enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, and their cat and dog. She considers herself as super active and loves spending her time outdoors. She likes hiking, water skiing, traveling, and trying out new things. 

Lachell is one of our physical therapy assistants (PRN). She went to Georgia State University for her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and then to South University for her Associate’s in Physical Therapy Assisting. She has been a PTA for over 10 years and has been with CHC since August 2022.

Lachell was a military kid and is now a military spouse. She is happily married with 3 beautiful children. They have been fortunate enough to travel a lot and have lived in many places, such as Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Oklahoma and Germany. They currently reside in Ludowici, GA and love it!

Kristi is one of our physical therapists and she mainly serves Brantley, Pierce, and Wayne Counties. She graduated from Belmont University and has been a PT for 18 years. She has been working with CHC since 2015. 

Michelle is one of our physical therapy assistants. She was born and raised in Wayne County. She has two grown sons and two grand puppies, Celine and Benjamin, that she loves very much. She loves traveling to see her son in Chicago and doing DIY projects at her house with her other son or by herself. She loves spending time with her family on the weekends.
