Gracie is our referral intake coordinator. She handles referral intake, prior authorization, and occasionally sees patients as a licensed practical nurse. She earned her LPN from Coastal Pines Technical College in December 2015. She started working for Dr. Pumpelly in February 2016 until she joined CHC in December 2019.

Gracie is a Wayne County native who has lived in Screven, GA her whole life. She is married to her husband, Gage, and they have two beautiful children, Nash and Makenzie. 

Shelly is our insurance billing clerk. She is originally from Hazlehurst, GA, but now resides in Jesup, GA. She has her diploma in Business and Office Technology and has been working with CHC since 2019.

Madison is our business development specialist. She handles marketing, PT/OT scheduling, and self-pay billing. She earned her Bachelor's in Public Health with a Minor in Management from Georgia College and State University in December 2022. She completed an internship in healthcare administration over at the hospital from June 2022 until she joined CHC in January 2023.

Paula is our staffing coordinator. She handles the nursing and home health aide scheduling. She has been with us since CHC opened in 2013.

Paula was born and raised in Wayne County. She has been married for 20 years and has three children.

Arlene is our office manager. She has been working in home health since March 2002 and has been with CHC since we opened in 2013.

Arlene was born in Jesup, GA. She is married to her husband, Lawrence. They have one son, Dustin, and a daughter-in-law, Kelli. They are blessed with 4 beautiful granddaughters; Ella, Emma, Allie, and Kate.

Denise ensures CHC is running smoothly by serving as our administrator. She earned her RN from South Georgia State College in 2001. She has worked in the home health field for 20 years and has been the administrator at CHC since 2016.

Denise is a Wayne County native and a member of Calvary Baptist Church, where she plays the drums. ​She also enjoys going to the gym, being outside in the sun, and spending time with her granddaughter, Haven. 

Joyce is our supply tech. Her duties include insurance verification of benefits and ordering medical and office supplies.

Joyce is happily married and has been working with CHC since we opened in 2013.

Kelli used to be one of our field registered nurses, but now serves as our patient care coordinator. In 2005, she earned her RN from South Georgia State College. She began her nursing career on the surgical floor of Memorial Satilla. She has also worked in the OR at Appling County Health System, Health Department Home Care for 9 years, and Altamaha Home Care for 7 years.
