Staci is one of our registered nurses (PRN). She graduated from Armstrong State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry in 2018 and again from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2020. Her nursing career began on the surgical floor at Wayne Memorial Hospital in September 2020 and has continued to develop with CHC since 2022.

Staci is originally from California, but spent the majority of her life in Pooler, GA. Her and her husband moved to Jesup at the beginning of 2021 as they started their careers and family.

Libby is one of our registered nurses and she primarily serves Brantley, Pierce, and Wayne Counties. She earned her RN at South Georgia State College and has been working in the home health field for 20 years. She began working with Health Department Home Care in 2003. She has been with CHC since we opened in 2013. 

Libby is married with a teenage son. When she is not nursing, she enjoys running.

Candi is one of our registered nurses. She graduated from South Georgia College in 2006 and has been a nurse for 18 years. She has worked in the ER, Med/Surg, ICU, and long term care.

She has lived in Baxley, GA her entire life. She has been married to her husband, Shaun, for 18 years and they have 2 girls. Outside of work, her life is her family. She loves spending time with them and watching her girls play their sports... tennis and softball. 

Shakira is one of our registered nurses. She worked over at the hospital prior to being in the home health field. She has been with CHC since 2018.

Shakira is married to her high school sweetheart, Chuck. They were both born and raised in Blackshear, GA. They have twins, Kamdyn and Rylee. 

Cierra is one of our licensed practical nurses and she primarily serves Wayne County. She earned her LPN at Coastal Pines Technical College in August 2015. She has been working with CHC since November 2022.

Cierra enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. They love going on family adventures together.
